In your sweet dreams, you want to tighten the leash around your husband (or boyfriend or life parter, whatever you may call him) and stop him from using his brains other than to pamper your greediness.

-- you want him to desposit all the money into your bank account that he has no access to it;
-- you want him to cook, wash, laundry, clean, iron, mow, mop, dust at 110% ;
-- you want him to report to you whom he has talked to at work; from whom he received telephone calls during day; how much money he spent and on what;
-- you want him to laugh when he has sorrow; you want him to cry when he is happy;
-- you want him to stop any social life except with you;
-- you want him to be an excellent machine with no brain;

Have you ever asked your dear father if he enjoys the life so controlled by your dear mother; or your mother has been a slave of your father and now you want to take a revenge onto other guys?

10 years from now, you will be so lonely because you will have no friends; you will have so exterior beauty because you will be old; you will have no more charm becuase you have such a mean soul; by then, your husband may have found out what happiness is: i.e. the sharing of freedom, the sharing of mutual respect, the sharing of reciprocal help - then you will be gone. If you are so courageously CORRECT and SANE, why are you trying to hide this post from your husband and asking other people to hide from their husbands or boyfriends?

Folks, I think you are really hurt from your previous marriage, I feel very sorry.

I Really don't think it's necessary to dump all that crap to her. Speaking of 'insanity', I think you are the one sending a flavor of that.   After all, Housewife is just trying to have some good time with people have the same background in this city. Personally I would rather to see my wife hook up with them than her staying home with TV and Internet.

As of your overeaction to the notion of "control", I think you are either too independent to appreciate some of the wonderful things in a marriage or you don't understand women's subtlty at all. One or the other, I feel sorry for you. On wonder you lost out once... (And it doesn't seem you would do any better next time either)
