买车需要正式驾照吗？

我八个月前通过笔试拿到低级驾照（卡片和一张兰色小条）。想最近上驾校。请问现在我可以买车吗？有人说行，只是保险大概会高一些；但也有人说不可以，必须要等路试过关，拿到正式驾照才行。请问有相关履历的朋侪，到底那种是正确答案那？

You can buy and register. It means there will be no problem in SAAQ. But you have to try to find a insurance company first.
